Fiberglass Battery Separator for lithium cells is made of fiberglass filaments.The fiberglass separator is characterized by high liquid absorptivity,low specific resistance,excellent chemical stability and high mechanical strength.It can absorbs all electrolyte uniformly onto themselves and stabilized the discharge performance of cells.

Application:
Used as separator sheets between anodes and cathodes in lithium thionyl chloride (Li-SoCl2) cells or lithium manganese (Li-MnO2) cells.

Absorptive Glass Mat Separator(AGM) for valve regulated sealed lead acid battery(VRLA) is made of ultrafine fiberglass filaments(0.4-3 |¨¬m in diameter) by wet-laid process.AGM separator is the most important and central material of VRLA .
AGM separator has excellent performance of acid resistance, uniform thickness,high porosity,rapid electrolyte absorption, good tensile strength, better compression performance guaranteed a certain amount of pressure between poles, good insulation properties and so on.

AGM separator has played in the major fixed battery electrolyte to provide charging and discharging of hydrogen in the production of composite bipolar channel, impeding the bipolar active substance off and slow down the formation of lead dendrites to reduce the electrolyte during charge and discharge in the loss of so that less maintenance-free VRLA batteries to achieve the purpose of maintenance, to extend battery life .
