CLL made of PCB tissue as substrate layer compared with the ones made of organic fiber paper (wood,cotton,hemp) has strong advantages of flame-retardant,impact strength,dielectric properties,ect.Epoxy composite substrate CEM-3 CCL ,using PCB tissue as core materials,7628 fiberglass cloth as surface materials,compared with FR-4 CLL only made of 7628 fiberglass cloth,has advantages of more inexpensive,excellent mechanical processing properties(can be processed in punching machine),Punching clean,saving drill,reliable metallic performance，dimensional stability, resistance to warping and moisture resistance ,etc.
