Fiberglass Tissue - Wet Laying Process

Fiberglass Tissue is one kind of nonwoven ,which is made of fiberglass filament strands. The chopped glass fiber with additive is put into water to laid randomly.Then it is processed through molding ,sizing,drying processing to be tissue.It has advantages of high tensile strength,light weight,anti corrosion,excellent electric insulation,little water absorption, and good bonding property with resin and bitumen.So it is widely used as substrate of PCB ,waterproof bitumem membrane,PVC floor ,wallpaper,battery separator,FRP surface and air filter.

Application:

For Roofing System : as substrate of APP or SBS modified bitumen membrane,Asphalt roofing shingles,ashpalt thruway

For Pipelines Corrosion Protection: oil or gas pipelines protection underground

For FRP Process: hand lay-up process,filament winding process,pultrusion process

For Wall or Ceiling: wallpaper,wallcovering,special sound absorption,fire resistance

For PCB : PCB,CCL,CEM-3

For Battery Separator: lead acid batteries,AGM separator
