Polyester Mat is made of polyester fiber by needlepunch process.The polyester mat is widely used as roofing substrate of asphalt shingles or ,APP or SBS modified bitumen membrane,FRP products, decroration,medical and construction industry. Compared with fiberglass tissue ,the polyester nonwoven has better extensibility and higher tensile strength.

Spunbonded Polyester Nonwoven Fabric -PP Nonwoven Fabric

 

Spunbonded Polyester Nonwoven Fabric is made of continuous spunbonded polyester by needlepunch process.The polyester mat is widely used as roofing substrate of asphalt shingles or , APP or SBS modified bitumen membrane.

The polyester roof substrate has higher tensile strength than PET nonwovens and glassfiber reinforced mat,and smaller shrinake .Currently , PP nonwoven is the first choise for roofing system.

Glass-Reinforced Polyester Mat -Polyester Scrim

 

Glass-Reinforced Polyester Mat is made of polyester fiber and fiberglass yarns.We compounded fiberglass yarns reinforced lengthwise in polyester mat to improve the tensile strength and decrease shrinkage of polyester nonwoven.

Polyester Scrim is combined of polyester mat and fiberglass mesh,bonded by resin.The polyester composite mat has higher tensile strength than other nonwovens or mat,which is an ideal substrate material for APP or SBS modified bitumen membrane , asphalt roofing shiglles or asphalt thruway.

Finishmat -Polyester FRP Material

 

Finishmat for FRP/GRP is a special type of polyester nonwovens by a continuous process.The spunbonded polyester is bonded thermally but any resin.It is featured of softness,high tensile strength and goof extensibility,especially no creasing in process of FRP/GRP products,increasing resin content on the surface.So it is an ideal substrate material for polishing.
